Now, at the time, I didn’t know exactly what it was or how it worked, I only knew that others had seemed to heal not only mental and spiritual wounds,

But also physical ones. 

And after weeks of practice, being in the unknown, I felt like I not only understood it, but could embody a deep level of trust that only this situation could bring to me. 

It was like I suddenly had a revelation. 

In less than a day, I went from just imagining a future free of cancer for myself, to ACTUALLY feeling my body working, releasing and healing. 

It was strange at first, 

But then I started to notice how I felt better and better by each passing day. 

And despite me still having an actual cancer treatment plan,

Life just seemed... Bright again. And I hadn’t even started my treatments. 

But the moment that truly made me realize the power of frequency work came a week after my FIRST TREATMENT, when it was time for my next scan.

Heading in, I didn’t expect much really, 

After all,

Cancer doesn’t heal as easily as a simple scratch mark or burn.

But when the results came out, I couldn’t believe it.

My cancer was completely gone...

I was in awe, as I shared this with my husband, to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating, but he also was the same as me, stunned. We kept this to ourselves, sharing it just with family as I still showed up for chemo 15 more times. 

I knew I had found something powerful, but I didn't exactly know how to express what had even happened yet.. 

One treatment out of 16, and I was already cancer-free

This kind of healing was something real, beyond ordinary. 

The doctors were shocked.

And then, when I didn't loose my hair with the chemo treatments they just laughed with me. 

With this discovery, my passion for frequency work was born.

Personally, I was committed to meditation every day during this time, to deal with anxiety around getting treatments and feeling sick.

I didn't exactly know what I was doing, or how to meditate,

I didn't get in super deep states (that came later) but all of this, PAUSE in my life taught me so much. 

During my journey with cancer I realized that we're all here for a reason

Each of us is truly  here to discover just

How powerful we are. 

As a result, I wanted to share this experience, this way of healing, so that as many people as possible could find not just peace but expansion, 

Whether that’d be from physical, emotional, or spiritual heaviness.

This led me to create my frequency work teachings, HYFI.

So, as time went on…

I realized that practicing spiritual work is like getting a massage for most people. 

You feel amazing after doing it, walking on a cloud
