Hello! We are so excited that you will be with us for Sacred Sunday's (which we'll refer to in this document as the "event") it's coming up so soon and we just can't wait!

By purchasing this ticket either online or in person, you are agreeing to sign the following document detailed below. This document covers liability for any Sacred Sunday Event at any location. 

We know this is going to be an incredible experience but we need to get serious for a  minute and ask you to read some general safety information, and agree (or not) to some terms that basically boil down to you being personally responsible for your own welfare and safety, you agreeing that you’re assuming some risk by participating, that we may take some photos or videos during the event, and you agreeing not to sue or hold Daniela Garcia Allie or Infinite Spirit LLC responsible if bad things happen. If you cannot agree to or accept the following, do not sign below, let us know immediately and definitely do not participate in the event!

So, with that said, please read and agree to the following:
 
Infinite Spirit LLC or Daniela (which will refer to in this document as "the team") is not responsible for, and we cannot guarantee, your safety in the event of any accidents or other incidents, including but not limited to crime, terrorism, physical accidents or other injury that may occur during this event.

So, by signing below, and attending this event:

•  I understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether, and I represent that, I am sufficiently physically fit to participate in any outdoor and/or physical activities that may be available to me to participate in.
• I agree that I will obey any safety precautions listed in writing and/or explained to me verbally, and will ask for clarification or further explanation if necessary. I will for no reason share this private address with others.
• Even if I ultimately do not participate in any outdoor and/or physical activities, I understand and acknowledge that there may still be inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, which may be caused by my own actions or inactions, others’ actions or inactions, and/or unforeseen or unforeseeable conditions or events.
• I have made myself familiar with this event and any activities it may involve. Any questions I may have had about the event, including questions concerning the nature and details of the activities, the physical conditions of the environment(s) where the event is being held, and the requirements necessary to participate have been answered to my satisfaction.
• I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, loss, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in this event.
• I agree that my decision to participate  is solely my choice and that I voluntarily assume any and all related risks concerning such activities including but not limited to hiking, swimming in waterfalls, participation in meditation, yoga, driving to excursions and destinations.
• I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to ascertain whether I have adequate health and accident coverage overseas, and to get any other insurance coverage as I determine necessary. Additionally, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to review such coverage and obtain any additional coverage that I deem appropriate.
• I understand that the team may take photos, and record audio and/or video of portions of the event. It is possible that I may appear in any such photos, videos or audio recordings, and I give the team permission to use my likeness in photo(s), video(s) and/or audio recording(s), without payment or any consideration other than being allowed to participate in this event. I understand and agree that these photos, videos and/or audio recordings become the property of Infinite Spirit and the team and will not be returned to me. I authorize Infinite Spirit and the team to use, edit, copy, publish or exhibit any photo, video and/or audio recording for any lawful purpose, including advertising or promotional materials. I waive the right to review or to obtain royalties from any such photo, video or audio recording.
• I, my heirs, and/or legal representatives hereby release Infinite Spirit and the team from all liability for any injury, death, personal property damage or any other losses that may occur during, or as a result of, my participation in this event.
• I understand that by signing this release I, or anyone on my behalf, will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise making legal claims against Infinite Spirit —this Waiver of All Claims, Release from Liability and Assumption of Risk (“agreement”) is binding on myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns.
• I further agree that if, despite my acceptance of this agreement, I or anyone on my behalf does make a claim against the team or Infinite Spirit , I will indemnify the team or Infinite Spirit  for any and all legal fees or costs which may be incurred by the team or Infinite Spirit  in defending any lawsuit or claim relating to this event.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement—meaning that if any clause in this agreement is deemed to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement is still in effect and will be binding upon me.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Wisconsin, excluding that body of law pertaining to conflicts of law.

Further, if there is any such claim or dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly, informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within 30 days from the date either party has served written notice on the other of the dispute, if mutually acceptable to all parties the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation by a neutral mediator, who shall not be empowered to impose a settlement. If the entire dispute cannot be resolved through mediation within 90 days from the end of the required 30 day negotiation period, any remaining issues will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) will be final and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

I have fully read the terms of this agreement and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I may have given up substantial rights by accepting and agreeing to the terms of this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

By purchasing, downloading and/or registering for any of our products, services, and/or events, you confirm that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to our Disclaimer, Liability Waiver, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy (“Terms & Conditions”)

By choosing to receive lifestyle, frequency healing & energy coaching offered by Daniela Garcia Allie, Infinite Spirit  LLC and Infinite Spirit LLC (“Infinite Spirit”, you agree that there are no guarantees of outcome and that you are responsible for doing the work to achieve the results you desire. You also agree that you are not receiving medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and/or licensed therapy.You are using the products and services offered by Daniela and the Infinite Spirit website or events solely for your own personal interest in spirituality, spiritual growth, or education, and hereby forever release, waive and discharge any claims against Daniela Garcia Allie.

You may be asked to provide relevant personal details and information related to your background, health, lifestyle, mental health history etc. in order to help you assess your physical, emotional and spiritual needs, make recommendations for your lifestyle, relationships, health, & energetic journey. Though Daniela’s current credentials do not make Infinite Spirit LLC a HIPAA regulated entity, Daniela is committed to protecting client privacy and adheres to best practices and policies outlined in the U.S. Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information. Daniela and Infinite Spirit LLC will take all reasonable steps to protect your Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by using strong passwords and up-to-date software on all devices. However, even the best security practices cannot guarantee that all stored data will be completely free from third-party interception or corruption. We promise to keep any data about you stored safely and never shared.

Daniela Garcia Allie will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Infinite Spirit website, any activities in connection with this website or products, services, and/or events offered by Infinite Spirit LLC on this website, in person or otherwise, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

In the event of cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances Daniela may choose to provide an alternate date, time that is held within a reasonable period. Daniela is not responsible for providing refunds for appointments, events, anything else missed. By signing this you agree to show up at the time scheduled and if you do not you forfeit the appointment or ticket and will not be refunded unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by you and Daniela.

For people who feel victim in their lives, keep old stories alive and blame past situations and people in those stories for current circumstances thereby staying attached to certain traditional ways of doing things; and questioning more than trusting, and/or are not able to discipline themselves, take necessary inspired action to create changes in their lives to become personally accountable for themselves and their circumstances, this is not the right work.
