I’m Daniela — an intuitive artist and the creator of HYFI (Heighten Your Frequency Intuitively), a meditation method that uses your imagination as a healing superpower instead of trying to force your mind to “shut off.” It’s stimulating enough to hold your attention, while soothing your soul to a higher place of peace.

In 2016, I received a cancer diagnosis that cracked my life wide open. It pushed me to rebuild everything from the inside out. I learned, in the most real and humbling way, how fragile time is — and how powerful it becomes when you choose to live with intention, creativity, and courage.
